Sounds like Olympics '16 will be his swansong. Interesting interview and thought it was worth sharing. I prefer the candid, light-hearted Donovan interviews to the stuffy, suit and tie analyst ones.

I thought Olympics you had to be 23-under? And only a few players could be over, but just slightly over?

You get a certain number of exceptions. Like five, or something.

3 players can be over the age limit, doesn't matter how old they are.

yea i think its 3. But that would be fitting. Giggs had similar role for the GB olympic team in 2012
