Underrated=games not frequently discussed or mentioned amongst fans or media or supply your own definition. For example, big SEC games, Virginia Tech, Oregon don't count.
Washington 2012. Complete domination of a historically significant team on national TV who was flirting with the top 25. IMO, best all around performance of the year.
I'll throw in Arizona 2006 also, but that seems to get more play that UW.

That's a good one. Only reason they even scored the 3 points was because of the first kickoff being fumbles in FG range.

2011 & 2013 New Orleans Bowls (I'm serious). Both were great games to watch. That said, frick ULL.

2005 Bama - They were top 5 and undefeated and we won on the road in OT
2006 Arizona - Beat the piss out of them in Tiger Stadium
2009 Auburn - Won by three TDs
2012 South Carolina - They were #3, and we only won 23-21, but we controlled it throughout the second half

I assumed we were talking LSU games only since this is the Tiger Rant.

2004 Arkansas
EASILY Marcus Randall's best game. 2 TD's passing (both to Addai), 2 TD's rushing, about 250 yds total off. the best Jimbo had called plays for him, I always thought they should've run him more.

Miss St 2007. Beat then 45-0 in Starkvegas. Miss St went on to win the Liberty Bowl that year....
(Media Comments) Skip Bayless-"That was the most unimpressive 45-0 win I have ever witnessed". What an idiot.

Don't forget that same Washington team made some noise this past season too.

And the Florida game that year. I actually thought that was Randall's best game.

Somehow I don't think the "Game of the Century" qualifies for OP's definition.

2011 At Miss St. The tightest game [besides Bama we played all year. I think it was the springboard for the rest of the season.

Not sure about underrated, but 09 Arkansas was a blast. Cold night, about 80,000 people, and a great game. Needed some late magic to beat Mallet and one I'll always remember.
