This one is mainly for the Mrs. I like it a lot though. Good little shooter too.

Got the same gun for the same reason. No prep needed. Grip it and rip it.

How do you intend to carry it? IWB or OWB?

I ask because I'm on the verge of buying a CC pistol. The carry method is my hold up at this time.

I've got that as well. It's a great little gun, but has lots of recoil because it's so light. My hand starts hurting after about 20 rounds at the range.

You can get hogue grips for it and that helps a little with the recoil.

If your hand starts hurting for shooting 20 rounds of .38 special then i think you should start seeing other men..

That gun has a lot more recoil than a GP100 shooting .357 magnum. I have both, and there is no comparison. It only weighs 15 oz.

It's got some jump to it. I'll concede that.

Also, I've always shot .38 +p through it so maybe that is making a difference.

It's definitely not a fun gun to shoot.
