Best restaurant in SF hands down is BENU. Just got back from SF and Napa and it was amazing. It's a tasting menu you don't pick anything 18 courses but every course gets better. If you want to do it up this is the place that will give you the best dinning experience ever.

Tadich Grill on California is a must. I think it's over a hundred years old. Has a New Orleans feel to it.
