No, it's not allowed. Your suppose to get some kind of permit. I'm kinda glad it's not allowed cause most people are assholes that would leave a huge mess.

It is not allowed in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores for sure

You could get away with it in Grand Isle or something like that, but I doubt any beach in Alabama or Florida would allow it.

It's like most places. It's generally not allowed, but on holidays people look the other way.

I would imagine there will be some stellar public fireworks shows there on that weekend...

Went to PCB one year for the 4th and people were shooting fireworks 2 days before and 3 days after the 4th on the beach. No one really cares unless you shoot them off your balcony. Someone got in trouble for doing that.

I lived in Orange Beach for a while. Fireworks on the beach on the 4th is okay. Everyone is doing it. Pretty good show.

nobody gives a shite. I saw two dudes having a roman candle war in front of beach police and they were laughing .
