He agreed to pay $300,000 to bin Laden-associated terrorists.

Only he screwed it up...the terrorists took the money and killed the hostages anyway.

What a chump!

And what is your source? First off, W is NOT a junior,so you got that wrong right off.

Second, when will BHO have been in office long enough to start accepting responsibility for anything? Blaming Bush is getting way old and the American People are no longer buying what you are selling.

Leave it to Bush to pay money to free gospel spreaders.

This board, once again, will pretend they never liked George W. Bush and will insist they're not hypocrites.

Once again you fail at even a basic understanding of your own OP. The funds were private monies paid to the group directly.

You are a fricking clown bro

You have ceased to amaze me once again.

SO - if Bergdahl had left his post to go and 'preach the gospel' rather than join up with them and (possibly) assisting them in attacking his erstwhile comrades, then I would bet that 'never leave a service man behind' would not be a phrase we would expect to hear from you.

amirite?

Obviously, you don't know who Benjamin Radford is.

He is not a liberal pundit.

He is a skeptic who debunks such things as Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster.

By dismissing him as a leftist hack, you revealed your ignorance.

You should've been more outspoken at the time. That was 12 years ago.

Once again I reveal I don't understand my own OP?

How?

Bush did negotiate with terrorists.

Where the money came from is irrelevant.

I didn't know about this til 20 minutes ago.

The conservative media must have been covering this up because I had never heard about this before.

Don't know about that, but this board will certainly recognize samson'sejaculate as a simple troll.

Once again, you make very little sense. Have you been diagnosed?

I'm not entirely against trying to save American citizens, but the standards for rescue of our SERVICE MEN, who were SENT into war zones, should be quite a bit more accommodating of their safety than those for private citizens who go to places on their own.

Possibly. The progressive media should've covered it more thoroughly then.

They had their chance to jump on a completely negative situation involving Bush.

NEVER liked him? I've seen people say their opinion of him changed during his terms in power and point out how strange it is that dems aren't doing the same with Obama. I haven't seen people say they NEVER liked him. Honesty isn't a trait you express often though so I guess I'm not surprised.

It's the equivalent of paying a terrorist 1.2 to watch him torture you.
