If Miles is good for 2 losses a year.

Doesn't that mean he's good for 10/111/12/13 wins a year (college playoff now)? What are other programs good for? Only 7-9 wins a year at the best?

Well even if it ended with the utmost shitiness, he only had 1 loss in 2011. So by definition, no, he's not good for 2 losses a year. And I'm no Miles knight.

Well in 4 of Miles' 9 seasons he has lost MORE than 2 games. So really about half the time Miles is losing 3 or more games per season.
