Snapchat not working

anyone else having a issue with snapchat?
It fails to send all of my snaps and when someone sends one to me it says I already viewed it and will not ever let me open it.

I don't seem to be having an issue with it. Try seeing if there's an update available.

I uninstalled and reinstalled three times. It is just a pain because I dont have cell service at my house and use snapchat on wifi to pretty much text. But I know that is not it since I went into town and had 4g and it was jacked.
