Didn't need an excuse. I have the most leave time of anyone in the office. I told them a week ago that I'm taking a few hours off to watch the game.

On last monday I told my boss that my apartment complex closes at 5 and I have to go sign some paperwork to allow the bug control people into my apartment. I normally get home at 5:40 but I got home at 4:40 so I could see the game.

Had to work late Monday. Then I just came up with a bullshite reason to work late yesterday. Came in early today. At 10:00 I will be at 40 hours and the weekend begins.

I couldn't come up with a creative excuse so I'm only missing an hour today (2 hour lunch break) but I will be missing our boss's surprise baby shower at 1:30...why do women always interfere with sports plans?
