Cheap International flights?

I remember reading a thread on here about getting cheap international flights through a certain website and I can't remember the name of the site.
I am planning a trip to Europe for early next year, so I have time to wait around for a good deal. I usually use kayak, but I am sure there are better deal sites.
Also, if anyone has any recommendations for favorite cities (more Eastern Europe) I would appreciate it. I think we are planning on doing Budapest, Vienna and Munich as of now.

Think hyvirna exchange rate is around 10 to 1 for USD.

It's a little rough right now with oil prices. I haven't seen many steals lately. Vienna is great. I didn't go east of Krakow and I didn't really get the vibe I'd want to. There are some real gems though. I was in the Czeck republic but didn't get to go to Prague. Everyone I met over there said you have to go.
