Downloading music. Specific songs

I'm not a big music guy. Usually if I like something enough I purchase it on iTunes and listen to it on my iphone 5 or itouch.
Well my dad only uses his iphone for work and it has all kinda password protection and monitoring so he doesn't frick with iTunes. He asked me if I knew a good website where he could just go download some specific songs and not whole albums on his laptop and burn them on a CD.... You guys got any suggestions?
He said he found rhapsody or whatever it's called but they wanted to pay for a monthly membership and shite like that....
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
Remember my dad isn't the most tech savvy.

Follow the >>>>> links to the songs themselves and not the garbage they advertise. Takes a little getting used to but that site is very legit and has every song I have ever searched for. Dont click the giant green download mp3 thing

I use beemp3.com, haven't really had any problems with it.
