you know what i'm talking about. we agree on the tie, we both are in like flynn and germany get first place in the group.

I know this is ridiculous, but i cant help but wonder if jurgy and low would do it? and would the players agree to it?

there's been 20 threads on this.

Klinsmann asked about collusion with GER: "The US is known to give all they have in every single game, otherwise Mexico wouldn't be here."

Klinsmann said US would not agree to tie Germany even if it was offered, would go against teams personality/legacy.

I would like it to happen. Not because I'm scared in any way of playing Germany, but because it is the smart move. You play a glorified scrimmage, get into the 16 without having to go all out, and have a little more rest type time before the knockouts.

This US team is somewhat dangerous, and would be moreso if Bradley played up to his capabilities and if Jozy were healthy. I don't see a reason not to make a gentleman's agreement when it is done in the WC all the time

There won't be an agreement made but if it's tied late, it'll screech to a halt.

And from a tactical perspective, it's the right move for both teams.

If it's tied in the second half neither team will be taking any chances.

I don't recall specifically any instances of this. Is this true?
