Lalas just asked Donovan who is the weakest spot on the pitch. Donovan was training with those guys no less than a month ago. You expect him to throw someone under the damn bus? Hell no. I'm tired of his anti-american stand he takes every damn time. Other reporters show bias because they played for their country just like Lalas. What makes him think he has to have no passion for the US?

Because the other thread couldn't hold this original, fascinating thought?

The dude is so pro-American I swear you could pull a Bald Eagle out his arse. I think the guy's tears are actually the blood drops of slain British soldiers of the Revolutionary War.

Is that not a legitimate question?

Donovan is being paid to be an analyst

So he should expect to provide analysis

Not only would it be a legitimate question, Lalas simply asked "what is the team's biggest weakness." He didn't try to pin him down about a player. Landon apparently has some questions about the lineup.
