STA my alma-mater, my brother is a sophomore on the team. A ton of players coming back from last year hoping they can make a run like we did when I played in 08'. We were 12-0 and then lost to John Curtis.

Will be interesting see where they have my Ponchy boys rated. They should have a very very good team. Damn good shot of taking district.

When my dad played at ponchatoula back around 1990 they were happy to win 1 or 2 games a season he said haha. They've come a long way since then.

We were 12-0 and only lost 34-14 played curtis closer than anyone else in the playoffs. If we were on the opposite side of the bracket we likely make it to the dome. Yea we usually make the playoffs with 8 wins or so but starting 12-0 was remarkable. We destroyed everyone that year except when we got to Curtis.

I probably know your Dad. 1988 Grad here, yeah Ponchy went through some rough years after we left. But when I was in school we had some pretty good teams. Always ended up missing the playoffs because of low power points. Had monster teams in district back then. Back to back Dome teams Slidell 1986 and Covington 1987.

Bump... No Brandon Harris this year and a defense exposed by Acadiana has Parkway in the 40s. Meanwhile the Patterson fans here will be happy

I know Ehret usually had talent back in the Billy North days, but I don't think they will replace the Williams that well... oh well West Jeff from our district got ranked last year and they disappointed

Talked to one of the players a few days ago and he said they looked better than they did last year. I think losing their QB will hurt them but they will be very strong on defense.

Heard OCS looked terrible at WM 7 on 7, going winless on the weekend. They are built to succeed in 7 on 7 much more than in a real game. I was shocked they didn't win a single game.

Why are the public schools and the private schools on the SAME LIST???

Don't they know the LHSAA considered them to be different?
