Ours in Scottsdale, AZ keeps doing that damn pixelated crap. We've reset the box twice and still certain channels acting up.
Pisses me off that Cox rapes you in how much you pay for service but you have to deal with issues like that.

New Orleans has a contract with cox to be the only cable provider in the area. We're stuck with it. I'd get satellite, but they can't figure out a place on my property to get a signal due to trees, so I'm screwed...
