How can it be higher than normal if I get that message EVERY TIME I CALL?

Just wait until someone answers that is located in Taiwan, India, or Malaysia. Directv does that bullshite to me and I demand to speak to an American every single time. I've gotten to where I ask where the CS rep is located when we start because I refuse to talk to someone across the world about my utilities.
