What is your homemade Go-To sandwich?

Simple enough question.
I used to make an epic sandwich. Hogie roll, mayo, mustard, ham, cheese, salt, pepper, oregeno, green peppers and onions. Put into the oven for 7 minutes. It was epic, but it took way too long for my taste. So now...
my go to sandwich is jewish rye bread, half with ham and half with roast beef, half with munster cheese and half with provelone, mayo, and some oven cooking. Quick, simple, and delicious.

Poboy bread, cajun roast beef, ham, swiss, provolone, mustard, mayo, lettuce & tomatoes. Once assembled, pressed on both sides in cast iron skillet.

Honestly at home I just like a simple grilled cheese more than anything else.

Bunny bread, Blue Plate mayonnaise, Cooks ham sliced thin, lettuce, fresh ripe tomato, salt and pepper.
Only in early summer when my tomatos are ripe. It's a sink sandwich.
And in honor of this thread I'm leaning over my sink eating one now with sweet ice tea.
I had my Coffe at 4 am.

I cut up filets and grill them. And like Martini, I use white Bunny bread, take 1 slice with a little mayo & mustard, put a small piece of steak on the bread, fold & consume and repeat this process another 2 or 3 times......yummy

I make a turkey melt with cheddar, top it with a sunny side up egg, and place between two pieces of toast.

I'm going toward this sandwich right now. It consist of the only edible things left in this camp. Chopped last nights smoked pork with a bunch of mozzarella melted on it, pickles and jalapeños, Bunny bread. Not bad.

That pickle looks like a nipple.

I was coming home from the bar when you were having coffee.
I don't make sandwiches at home very often, but I agree with the person who said grilled cheese.
I press my sandwiches on the George Foreman.

I was kinda exaggerating because we got home around 2, so we must have left the bar around midnight.
We ended up going to Harrahs and blowing money and then eating at Luke and then going to Ricks
