Don Sterling, suing everybody!

I think he is kinda pissed. Suing the NBA. Now doctors.
She lost in court...
Does he have a point and a case?

Sterling is a certified nut, but this will be interesting... Would be absolutely fricking hilarious if the Doc violated the Doc/Patient privilege and gets fired.

Def, but will still be funny as hell if the Doc didn't follow protocol and gets shite canned for it.
I think Sterling is an absolutely loony racist, but its like a train wreck, you can't look away. I want this shite to continue so that I can be entertained.

Not without patient consent or court order. If it happens, it is a clear cut hippa violation. The facility, the doctor, and the star who participate would be open to litigation and other negative events.

Meh, I think he's being portrayed that way. The original recordings were bad enough, but possibly illegal. Is there a hearing on the legality? Can you imagine the tapes being thrown out and the NBA etc trying to defend themselves without the words from the tapes?
I see people who thought they could ride the wave of negativity against an old man, and he's saying frick you all!
He didn't become a billionaire by getting pushed around. He's got nothing to lose. Everyone else has a high stake to lose. IF his wife can be linked to illegal activities, like bribing doctors or some other scheme to get control, I bet she can be removes from the trust and the sale stopped dead in it's tracks.
