There were 3 Stark Brothers correct?
Ned -- DEAD
Brandon -- DEAD
Benjen -- unaccounted for

Where are all the Starks currently located?

Ned "had" five children and a bastard:
Robb -- DEAD
Jon -- Night's Watch
Sansa -- The Vale
Arya -- on a ship with Braavos people
Bran -- beyond wall with CotF
Rickon -- where the frick?

Was it mentioned on show where Rickon was and who thinks him and Benjen still have parts to play?

Ricken is hiding somewhere with a representative of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

In the books they go to ***SPOILERS***

Skagos, an island in the narrow sea not far from the wall where the locals are supposedly cannibals who ride unicorns. In the books, Davos learns of their location thanks to Lord "Sir-to-fat" Manderly, who learned the location from a mute Ironborn. The Iron Islander kid had climbed a tree in the Godswood during the battle at Winterfell and was hiding up there when Bran and Rickon came out of the tombs. He watched them discuss where they were going. The kid was later found and captured by the Manderly's of White Harbor who found a way to communicate with him despite the fact that the kid couldn't speak. When Davos asked him where Rickon was going, the kid threw a knife at a map and it landed on Skagos.
