Do you know or work with anyone who has dwarfism

We have a new mananger in our company that is a dwarf. His car is rigged to have pedal extensions and so far he is very normal to deal with. I am still new to dwarfism etiquette. I know they do not like to be called midgets. Are there any other things I should be aware of?

Yes but most of my stuff goes over his head, and he gets very short with me

By normal, I mean we have been able to avoid the subject of his dwarfism entirely and he seems very level headed and astute.

dont call him midget would definitely be a good start.

I was once at a fraternity party and there was a random midget there. That's how you know the party was off the chain
