Is it true that no one makes Party cups anymore?

Is it true that nobody does it them self anymore and they hire someone to draw it for them?
went to go buy blanks to take back home...mine are all broken/lost now. and the lady at the store told me that no one draws it themselves.

I knew a lot of girls who did that like 5-6 years ago... I don't like the practice at all unless you are literally too busy, but that's not really the case ever.

GDIs obvious in this thread. They still did it when I was there 07-11 but sometimes they would pay for big events because they came out bad arse.

I'd say it's about half and half. Sometimes they get their friends to do them.
