Which party has least back bone to foreign influence?

ETA:
act of cooperating traitorously with an enemy that is occupying your country [syn: collaboration]

Quisling was a Scandinavian politician (Norway) who pretty much handed his country over to the Nazis in order to be their hand-picked puppet president.

He organized what was known as the "fifth column" to make the country vulnerable to outside takeover.

In shorter words, a traitor who works with an outside evil to take over / run your country.

I think the leadership on both sides would sell their mothers if it got them power.

I think that the rank-and-file of the left is far more likely to be quislings than the rank-and-file on the right, though.

I seem to remember something about Ted Kennedy and the USSR doing some private negotiating. About what I don't recall

Teddy talked with the Russians between 1980 and 1984, trying to get them to stonewall Reagan and secretly help the Dems so that the Dems could beat Reagan in 1984.

Teddy probably justified it to himself by saying "Well, Reagan had a secret deal with the Iranians to release the hostages after Carter's defeat...", which was one of the big lefty conspiracy theories as to how Reagan beat Carter.

I'm going with Republicans just based on Democrats historic willingness to start wars and go scorched earth.

It's hard to argue with that logic.

some Dems are wimps. Some republicans would sell their mother for money for their Corporate master.

I don't disagree with this statement, but the corporate master also controls quite a few Dems. Ask President Goldman Sachs.

Sounds like a cowardly act. So I'll go with the democrats.

Besides Obama is well on his way to doing just that.

We know that the elites control it all.
