Do you guys think this should be covered under the Yeti warranty ??
Yeti is 6 months old .. light usage. Scuffs are from dragging on concrete.

No way that's a Yeti, that's unpossible

Yes it will. Go to their website and fill out the warranty thing...
What the hell did you do to it? Throw it off a skyscrapper?

What about the huge crack?
Also, you have too many words in your subject title.
Tighten it up.

Flipped out the back of a truck?

I'm sorry about your cooler, but this thread brings a smile to my face. You should be able to just cover the crack with a YETI sticker and it'll be as good as new.

It definitely wasn't a bear. They've been tested for that.

Just get a bigger Yeti to put over the broken Yeti so the cold air won't escape.

Honestly, depends.
If you dropped it from a 3 story balcony while partying in panama city. NO
If it just sat in the back of a truck or boat and had normal use. Yes

This was the official reply I got back from Brian at YETI customer service ...
"I am very sorry this happened to your cooler. As I said on the phone, unfortunately cracks like this are not covered under our warranty. That being said, we would recommend sealing the crack with 3M 5200, a marine grade sealant, which will seal the crack, and keep it from spreading. Again, I am very sorry this happened, and let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks, "

Lots of things are unpossible. Nothing is impossible.

So what really happened?
Posted on 6/18/14 at 9:15 pm to tigertotiger
Did you use it like beer can and drag it behind your truck when you got married?
Posted on 6/18/14 at 9:16 pm to tigertotiger
Sounds like they won't cover my dog chewing up the handles on mine either.... Bear Proof my arse!!!

So I wrote another email disagreeing with his comment and he sent me this
I understand your disappointment, and am very sorry that this happened to your cooler. However, because this crack is not a result of a defect in manufacturing, it is not covered under the warranty, so the 3M 5200 is your best option. Again, I apologize that this happened. Let me know if you have any additional questions."
