The Faceless Man who was killing for Arya said if she ever needed passage to Braavos to give any Braavosi this coin and they would take her to Braavos. That's where Stannis was earlier this season getting a loan. Arya will be there next season.

When she and a group of people were captured by soldiers last season, there was a group of 3 men in a jail wagon that caught on fire and she went over and gave the leader a knife to cut their ropes and escape out of the burning wagon. That guy was a soldier who later protected and helped Arya and killed 3 men of her choice as a reward and payback. He gave her this coin of his city where he was going and it meant something special for whoever held it, like a fraternity kinship and protection any time in the future. She used it to the Captain, who recognized the coin's importance to those who held it.

If I had to guess based on the fact that shes cold blooded as frick and is obviously eager to train with her sword, she is going to meet up with that assasin guy again in Bravos

The Braavosi coin was given to her at the end of S2 from Jaqen H'ghar who told her to say 'Valar Morghulis' when she shows it/if she ever needs passage to Braavos.
She shows the coin to the Braavosi ship captain and he immediately recognizes it and gives Arya a cabin.
