Going to Miami Thursday night and thinking about seeing them play the Mets. Worth spending the extra money to sit in there or should I just get standard seats? And is it as rediculous as it seems on TV?

I usually do when I go to games. Ill either get tickets to the Clevelander (40-50 bucks) or Lexus level gold or silver which average about 40 bucks, though you can try and get them cheaper outside the stadium. Not recommended though.

Last year I remember paying 25 at the Clevelander entrance later in a game to go in as well, like a cover at a club. It stays open a bit after the game as well for drinks or whatever.

Oh, and as far as what is it like, I haven't been to a Marlins game this year, but assuming it is the same as last year...

They usually have 3-4 girls in red bathing suits that hang out early in the game, sometimes batting a beach ball around in the pool, just depends on what the girls feel like doing. Then around the 5th inning or so, they will change into another outfit and sorta do a walk out around the area. They'll take pictures with you or whatever if you want. Then they generally change into their regular clothes and watch the rest of the game or not, up to them.

The area itself has a unique view. You are in the outfield at field level so you mostly see the backside of the outfielders and the infield is a LONG way off. It is neat though because you are so close to the field, just seperated by a pane of glass.

I usually don't get one of the seats right behind the glass. I go general admission, and get there early enough to get a table right behind the seats. Waitresses are pretty attentive, drinks are 8-14 bucks and food is your standard sports bar type food.

I like it. Fun place to watch a game and have a few drinks with buddies.to me.

Oh yeah, it is fun whenever a home run gets hit there. I've made a dash from my seat at a table to try to catch a few, it isn't hard to track one coming at the area at all since you are basically field level, same as the outfielders. Havent gotten one yet, but I've come close.

Why would you want to get your picture taken with the social hookers?

That's what I just said numbnuts.

I've been to about a dozen games at Marlins park and most were at the Clevelander.

Sorta like Bo knows, TnM knows fun and having a good time.

Good info. Bought tickets for Thursday. Friday was sold out and Saturday was a day game. Pumped. May go to the day game and sit elsewhere

Also kind of a stupid question but what do people wear? Baseball gear, a swimsuit for the pool, or do they dress a little nicer since its kind of a club?

Baseball gear or dressed down club clothes.

I personally wear jeans and a decent shirt. Like short sleeves with a collar or a fitted T.

It's pretty casual. Plenty wear shorts. Sorta a cross between a nice sports bar and night club.
