Want to reduce Co2 emissions without net removal of money from the economy?
Take Waxman-Markey and change it from 85% free allocations to 100%.

Why the war plants, trying to starve them?

Carbon Dixoide is not a pollutant.
Carbon Dioxide concentrations trail temperature increases, not lead them.
The right amount of Carbon Dioxide has yet to be established.

Carbon dioxide works very well to kill bed bugs.

Except in coal mines, right?

Warming causes Co2 release which causes warming. Its a positive feedback cycle.

I'm not even sure what you're talking about. THe right amount for what? If you're trying to grow aquarium plants I'd highly recommend supplementing with as much CO2 as possible.

the only way we can reduce co2 and not hurt the economy is if the market moves in that direction without government pulling it in that direction.
I think it can naturally happen without the help of the government, but this isa big talking point for dems so they can't keep the government's hand out of it.
edit: the earth may be warming but I have yet to see anything suggest that it is going to cause havoc on the earth. There are minor changes happening but nothing that will cause the earth to explode or something

then why didnt the earth burn up when CO2 concentrations were like 3-5 times higher in the past?
fricking moron.

That would seem to NOT be the case for Nox emissions trading. But hey, don't let facts get in your way.

How? Magic? At present, there's no profit motive to reduce Co2 emissions

You could always stop breathing. Every little bit helps.

If you want to reduce Co2 omissions how about stop blowing into that stupid "tuba"?

Exactly. I couldn't have said it better myself.
The right amount for what?
If you can't tell me what the correct concentrations are WHY THE frick ARE YOU TRYING TO REGULATE THEM?

That wouldn't make a difference at all. Exhaling Co2 only returns carbon to the atmosphere that was recently removed from it by the plants the person eats (either by direct consumption or indirect consumption through meat). It would make no net difference at all.
If you're going to be sarcastic you should at least be scientifically accurate.
