Has anyone else seen this? Very intense. after looking into the topic after watching the film, I had no idea the government neglected researching AIDS for so long.
Anyways, it's a good watch. HOWEVER, the first 8 minutes are extremely explicit and graphic. after that it gets good

Thought it was really well acted and casted. And a pretty good look at how AIDS was treated initially. Definitely makes you wonder if the government wasn't so hung up on the aspect that it was occurring among gay men if early intervention could've saved several lives here in the US.

That thread was made pretty much the day it came out and didn't even go a page. I just stumbled across it being replayed on HBO tonight and was curious if there was a bigger consensus
