Siegen 7 home builders. Anyone build with them recently?

I am in the process of trying to find a custom homebuilder for a new construction.
Anyone build with them in the last few years?
How are they to work with? Are they easy to contact by phone or email?
Do they stay on schedule?
And if there were any problems, did they stand by their work or do they just disappear into the ether, never to be heard from again?

I have nothing but good things to say about Dale Cobb. He built my house and we have been completely satisfied. Dale is new to Siegen 7, but built homes with another guy for years. He actually finished a bit ahead of schedule(we had good weather). We built with him about 2 yrs ago, when he was with other builder.

What is his relationship with Geurin? Does he just work for him or is he a part owner of Siegen 7?

I hear they're very much improved since downsizing from Siegen 8.

They just finished my friends house in Rouzan. Friends are very happy.

I don't know any of the other guys, just Dale. He is definitely a good character guy who doesn't promise things he can't deliver on. He helped us throughout the process and suggested things that, at the time we built, we weren't sure about, but now are glad that he suggested b/c it has made maintainence on the house a bit easier. I have nothing bad to say about him.

Okay thanks. Dale seems like a really genuinely decent fellow. I just keep hearing things from people that have had not been very encouraging about their dealings with Tom. Specifically, him being unreachable when the homeowner has problems inside of one year after completion of the house.
What has been your friends experience? Thanks.

I would just relay those concerns to Dale directly and let him know that if you go with them you want him to be your go to guy.

Is he one of the owners of the business? If not, then it seems like he would have to do what the owners want, right.
