S5 text messaging issue

Whenever I send a text, and get a response back, the response is placed before my initial text

Under settings I assume? My weather app is showing the correct date

not sure. I have a LG G2 but after last Fridays android update it set my date to Sunday (it was actually Friday). so all the texts I had coming in were time stamping from the other persons phone, with the correct date. my phone thought my texts were from 2 days in the future, so all my texts were at the bottom

One of my coworkers had this happening on is Note 2 last week.
I have always used Handcent as my messaging app and have never had this issue. Plus it's so much more customizable than the stock messaging app.
Download Handcent and give that a try.
If u do try it and like it, be sure to turn notifications off in the stock messaging app, or you'll receive duplicate notifications.
