What is the strangest thing that has happened to you today or this week?

I was driving in Hammond today. I was on 51 (I think...parallel to the train tracks...) and was stopped at a red light. I was looking at my phone while I waited. When the light turned green, I put my phone down and began to drive. There was an older white Buick next me with a white male, early 50s dressed in old clothes, hanging out his window yelling and waving at me. This frightened my daughter, but I thought something could be wrong with my car. I rolled down the passenger window. Before I could ask anything, he began flashing a badge at me, while he was hanging out his window and yelling, "You are driving! Get off your damn phone! Stay off your damn phone!"

I thought this was strange, considering I was not using my phone while I was driving, so I said, "Stay inside your car and pay attention to the traffic, especially since you are blind or stupid!" I rolled up my window and continued driving. He continued yelling and flashing a badge.
