When did this crap start? 
In the last 2 days I've gotten 3 or 4 notifications that a new 'storybook' is ready from my phone photos.
Its kinda random..kinda cool..kinda creepy.

The auto-awesome thing is pretty cool. I got a video back of my little boy dancing around with a soundtrack added.

They added that a couple of weeks ago. I got a Story from my trip to Europe. It used my location to tell where I went and added to the story. So it showed my flying into Paris, then showed me flying to Barcelona, Seville, Madrid, and Lisbon. It took all the pictures taken from each place and put them into each portion of the trip. It was really awesome. I assume it uses the location stamping on the pictures or location tracking of the device.
It was really well made, much better than what I would have done.

Photos uploaded to G+ get automatic enhancements. Red eye removed, color tweaks, similar photos converted to animations, little effects for different seasons and holidays, etc.

Your cell company has known where you are for a long time.
And if anybody really cared where you are, they would just follow you like they have forever.
