Starting Safety Suspended... His backup a senior? Need safety?

Ronald Martin a senior safety seems to be the Heir to the starting FS position. Mills is a Junior. Does this make a free safety higher priority this recruiting cycle? If no safeties leave early our depth chart next year will include. If thompson has a good season and leaves from SS then we will be minus the senior below.

2 juniors
4 sophmores
6 or 7 Depending on thompson. Thats not really deep at the position? especially when chavis plays 4-5 (DB's) on the field at 1 time some packages.

2 freshmen.
Starting MLB is senior
Starting OLB on both sides are Juniors and eligible for early leaving.
That would leave us with after this season if the juniors leave.

2 juniors
2 sophmores
That would be only 2 deep at each LB position.
9 linebackers on the depth chart right now.

Yeah that would be hard since Chavis likes to have 13 linebackers on the field in some packages

A lot of defensive coordinators play 4-5 DB's at one time.

Ronald Martin moved back to SS, his natural position. And I don't see him moving back to FS. If anything, I could see Jalen Collins moving to FS. Still have Ricky Jefferson who played last year and Corey Thompson. And Jamal Adams is coming in. And we have Battle and Voorhies as well.
Plus, we have no idea what's gonna happen with Mills. Never been in any trouble before this or anything like that. So who knows what will happen.
