I'm yet to find a less than great review on this gun and yet to see a price under $1k.
Just curious if it should be on my radar for future 1911 purchase.

External extractor is a heartbreak, why anyone would shite on a masterpiece is beyond me.

i've read that only the kimber external extractors had issues where as sig EE's are as, if not more, reliable than IE's

why do you think i've bought 2 in the last month
plus guns are at, from what i've seen, an all time low right now
