can I ride around my own lease and shoot them out of a moving boat anytime I want?

Can I shoot them off of someone else lease?

You could technically get in trouble by shooting on private land, but nobody wants them around so you would probably be ok...

Went and shot a bunch with CivilTiger. Had to buy a trappers license. We went with a trapper who had fur rights to a bunch of land. So I would be hesitant about just shooting them on all waterways, it may be leased to someone. Similar to a duck lease I guess.

I'm looking a picking up a lease that will give me all trapping rights, alligator tags, ducks and deer. I assume I can trap them and just ride around in the mudboat and outboards and shoot them out of the boat legally cant I?

I can think of nothing possibly wrong with going on to someones property and shooting things unannounced.

Don't trespass and you should be good.

The trespassing law doesn't have exceptions like that.

Yeh, I think they consulted with Troy Landry when writing the law. It reads:

"Shoot 'em"

yeah I got it. It was a dumb question. I am really more concerned about shooting them off my own lease and if there were laws about shooting them from a moving boat.

Damn the woods are full of people that think just like that. Just like the guys we caught hunting hogs on my land. Their first statement, "It's hogs. We're helping you out."
