Better Overall Fishing: OBA or Destin?

A friend and I were recently having this conversation...which area has the better overall (inshore and offshore) fishing, the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores/Perdido area or the Destin area of the Gulf?

Fish the big lagoon right at fl/al border. Caught some decent specks and big reds

What makes you say that? OBA is an easier route to tuna and billfish grounds. Is your opinion based on Destin being closer to Nipple and Spur as well as Choctaw bay having more inshore opportunity?

Mobile Bay and Dauphin Island would definitely put OBA over Destin.
