I just bit the shite out of my lip, and I know for sure there's going to be a canker sore coming. Any tips that the OT would like to share to minimize the impending pain?

Pack the wound with salt and flush periodically with lemon juice. Don't worry, The burning agony is just the feeling of new skin healing the sore.

Had this a few weeks ago. Did a shite ton of research on how to soothe the pain and make the sore go away but honestly none of that shite worked. I'd just try to keep your mouth as clean as possible between now and when the ulcer pops up. Maybe alcohol free mouthwash and whatever else kills bacteria.

Yeah, we'll see what happens. Hopefully that toasted PB and honey sandwich was worth it.

Used to be a product you could get at the Pharmacy OTC. A mouthwash called Ulcer Ease. shite worked.

I've had good results dabbing mine with ketchup. Usually gone by the next morning.

You sure that wasn't a roast beef sandwich you were eating?
