It's not the police state, its a full military state we're hurtling towards, and I never used to buy into this Alex Jones crap.

The first picture you posted is of a USMC vehicle and the second picture is of Border Patrol Agents likely on a SWAT operation dealing with illegals and NOT a local police force. Your post obviously has an agenda.

VICE just did a segment on this.
This is only happening b/c all the extra money out there.
My only issue is the cops getting all this high speed stuff without proper training.
Your typical beat cops should not be rolling around is SF type equipment when they have to be called on for swat type stuff. Elite swat units or federal agencies sure they need it and I have no problem with it. But when you see the dude who has had too many jelly filled donuts rolling around looking like a navy seal I have issues. These guys clearly lack the training to mess with this stuff.
