Very interesting. I did a write up on large cities in the south and growth from Louisiana to SC

Might find it interesting.

Interesting. I think I've read before that there is a big healthcare sector in Nashville. Definitely a place that the wife and I are considering.

Healthcare is Nashville's biggest industry. Even bigger than music. HCA is headquartered here (biggest hospital operator in the world).
