Getting rid of destructive cat without killing it? I already talked to neighbors

I see it every night. It keeps destroying my property in my backyard. It even killed a baby bunny living around my house.

No, it is not illegal....so after killing it make sure to notify the neighbor. The law is on your side!

perfectly legal if the cat is carrying a concealed weapon and places you in fear of your well-being

Or you could just kill it and drop a piece near the body.
