It always strikes me as odd, but I am something of a self-starter. I could see (somewhat) being bored as a kid, but then I'd use my imagination and make us stuff.

But, as an adult? You are in charge. Make it what you want it to be. Take a nap. Eat something. Go out. Call someone. Get in the car and drive. Optiions are endless.

Why do grown men say that they are bored?

Boredom is easy to cure. Either fap or drink (both at the same time is not advisable). "Self-starters" are annoying.

Time, money, and people dependent on you can keep you from doing more exciting things.

I'm reminded of what Sherlock Holmes said on the subject:

You must be bored if you thought taking the time to make this thread was a good idea.

Could be depression, low T or a combo of both.

I think they have mental problems. I can't remember the last time I was "bored".

Makes me think they're depressed, needy, and don't have a lot going on upstairs.

They're the people who don't seem happy in many settings unless they're listening to themselves talk.

A better question is why do some people have such a hard on about people saying they're bored.
