Found this sale online today, this a pretty Good price IMO, if you're looking for a Father's Day gift...these usually run $150 or so. I already had 2003 but ordered 2007 and 1958 today.

Yep, the 1958 one would be awesome! I hope to get to the LSU trophy case one day to see that trophy in all of its glory!

That is not a "replica" of he 1958 trophy. 1958 trophy looks nothing like the modern crystal trophies. Would not own.

I 100% knew when I posted it there would be one of "you" in this thread....someone that totally disregards a cool and historic memorabilia piece (that's merely meant as a toy/paperweight to "symbolize" our titles) for the one minor detail that might not be 100% accurate. What's your complaint about the 2003 trophy?....LSU fans shouldn't buy/own since we technically split the title??

Not to mention, the Coaches Trophy has been officially awarded retroactively to all teams prior to 1986 that finished #1 in the coaches poll.

I agree that's pretty lame they would do that.

ETA: should look like this.

Blow me.

You may think it is cool, but it is in no way "historic."

It is not a "minor detail" that it looks NOTHING LIKE the 1958 trophy.

No complaint. I have one, and I love it.

It just goes to show that some people will buy anything.

I've got a historically inaccurate block of wood that "symbolizes" the 1935 NCAA basketball championship on sale for only $15 bucks!!!! That's a helluva lot better deal than the "1958 coaches trophy" paperweight that site is trying to unload for $100+
