Just moved back to BR area, the (2) places I used to go to have closed. Any recommendations?

The gals at Salon Static give a good haircut

Edit (because cheap) you should go to the chop shop, a.k.a. Just for Him or the Sports Clips. $15 will get you out the door, $20 will get you a scalp massage.

Check out Garrett Neal studio. Ask for Garrett. You will be thoroughly entertained and get a great haircut!

Ive been getting my haircut by one of the girls at Garretts place for several years. Quality place with great, skilled people. Recommend.

$20-$25 for men's haircut. It's a trendy looking place, but the owner, Cory, probably hunts and fishes more than most of the OB. They just moved from Airline to HWY 621, right near Hwy 73 and I-10.

Glamour Cuts on Jefferson between Bluebonnet and Airline. Those Viet women are awesome. They love LSU football and they give you a great scalp massage with every haircut. Plus, they actually make ME look good. That makes them practically miracle-workers.

I've had a few bad cuts from that $8 dude on Jones Creek.
The barber shop on Coursey just before Jones Creek has always done me good.
I thin the name is "A Cut Above"
The owner of the place is great a cutting hair. He's the chair to the left as you walk in.
The old guy in the first chair on right is 50/50 on cuts it's a gamble.
The neat thing is they use vacuums attached to the clippers, so no itch after the cut.
I'm just never in that area of town any more since moving out to Prairieville.

I felt they did a better scalp massage and haircut at their old location by Drusilla. The new location is just different and they don't do the same work IMO.
