Leave some jars of Play-Doh open...especially the blue color. Kills them on contact.

BEtter call an exterminator asap. If one dies in there you will have a huge problem, ask me how I know.
Exterminators are happy to get them live, if they're dead, good luck getting someone to get them out.

Professional traps and sealing all entry points properly.
Better get on it, they can wreak havoc and run up a tab.
