I hate to make fun of people but I am just amazed that a video is needed to show some people how to do this.

No video needed, just the tip about "show as a tab" was gold!

Disabling hardware acceleration helps and lowering the casting quality to 720p helps too. But I usually end up just plugging tablet directly in to tv. Better quality
