He needs to put muscle on in the offseason. To me, it looked like he slimmed down quite a bit thru out the last season.

But the dude's body is still maturing. I think his goal should be a body like Charles Smith.

I think he can bulk up to somewhere around dwight. He has the frame for it imo.

He should stay away from Dwight size that is why he's so stiff now

237 is pretty good for him. He could be 240-245 by training camp, and then playing the season in the 230s. That would be a nice improvement for him.

I'd eventually like him to be playing at about 245.

My thoughts exactly. Dwight looks like he's playing with plate armor on. His game is all hops and bully ball. And he can't even sustain it for long stretches of time.
