I have a Fin-Nor Offshore Spinning Reel (OFS6500). I purchased a Tsunami Rod, but have to use tie straps to keep the reel in place as it doesn't sit properly.

Any other recommendations for a rod to get for this reel?

Get this rod: Shimano Trevala Butterfly Jigging Rod in the 6'6" 30-65# model.

You'll be good to go.

ETA: Penn makes a similar rod: PENN Bluewater Carnage Jigging Rod. Once again get the 6'6" in the 30-80# class.

BPS makes their own version as well: Offshore Angler Freestyle Jigging Rod. You could either go for the 6'6" 30-65# model or the 7' 20-50# model.
