Smoke 2 hours at 250

Wrap and put back on pit at 250 for 2 hours

Unwrap and pit for 30 minutes

Add sauce

30 more minutes

Remove from pit

Let rest 20 minutes

Serve

I like mix of all seasons, garlic salt, anch chili powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika

Just smoke them between 225-250 for 4-5 hours and they will be great. I do not like the wrap and put back on method for ribs. Don't like the texture of the finished product. Low and slow for 4-5 hours over some Pecan and Cherry wood and they will be perfect with just enough tug left on the meat for the finished product.

Longer the better

3 hours isn't enough. I do 5-6 on mine around 230

Perfect

I'm putting two racks in my Masterbuilt electric smoker at 3pm to serve at 6:30.
