Judged by a Jury of your peers: Students think spitting Crippled Kid was wrong.

Maybe the spitter uses his ailment to be a dick to others on a regular basis. The fellow students are sick of him using that as an excuse and are glad somebody tried to knock a little sense into him.

what I'm getting at is that being judged by your peers doesn't occur when the peers are strangers.
This "kid"s peers, the ones that know both parties, are the ones who should be judging the actions.

I agree, but a lot of disabled people take advantage of their disability to act out ... they know most people will take their shite because they are disabled and that's not right

The Kid is worthless, he will be nothing but a leach. ..the sooner he is gone the better for society and most likely his own family.

Have had an experience with someone like this back in high school. The disabled dude wasn't even disabled and was duping everyone to take advantage of everything and everyone. Got called out after 3 years when some people noticed he was a normal-functioning, perverted individual.
