Still haven't gotten mine. Don't really care because it's less than $100. Filed in March. FWIW I left Louisiana last June

The state is a little slow. But usually a couple of weeks to a month. You can check on the status: Where's My Refund

Call them. They've been holding people's refunds. Biggest reason is they have some new fraud protection in place and you have to either call or go online and answer questions pertaining to who you are.

I had to do the fraud protection deal. I got my refund last week and I filed in early February.

Got trapped by their auto review process for refunds
The clock is 90 days and it didn't start until April 28

FWIW - we have had many clients calling asking the same question. La has been extremely slow this year. Many have taken 60-90 days. Now if you had a liability, that hits your account in a few days. You can check the refund status online. I had a major increase in identity theft cases, attempted efile replies indicating a return with that social security number had already been filed. If, in fact, the delay is due to fraud prevention, La would be far ahead of the Fed. Life is full of surprises.
