I love me some Twitter because I can aggregate news and information on stuff I'm interested in.

Don't understand your problem with LI.
It's just a network for business folks. Can't you just ignore comments/likes without "blocking" them?
It's pretty helpful in certain industries as a way to efficiently get info. on prospective clients and leads. Many business service companies *require* their employees to be on LI.

It's gotten to be very FB'ish. The whole LIKE feature was retarded. It's about business, not sharing family portraits or stupid jokes.

Yes. I blocked my ex wife because she kept creeping on my profile. You just have to go to their profile and go to the little down arrow. Then just check the box next to block.
